NIRVAQ is designed around useful software and responsible handling of account and purchase data. This starter policy should be reviewed and adapted with your final legal entity, payment setup and storage providers before launch.

What we collect

Account information, authentication data, purchase records and information required to deliver applications. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by NIRVAQ.

Downloads

Paid application files should live in private storage. Access is granted only after an authenticated purchase check and delivered through short-lived signed links.
